What we collect
When you use our booking form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if given), project location and project details. When you send a Beyondwood commission enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given) and the details of the piece you describe.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a meeting or site visit, or discuss a Beyondwood commission. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, for example which pages are viewed and whether a booking form was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies (named_ga and _ga_…) that keep an anonymous identifier for up to two years. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics to identify you personally.
Analytics only runs if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time using theCookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
