- 02Site visit & briefWe measure, photograph and listen: how you live, what you need, what you love.
- 03Design & 3DLayouts, materials and 3D views, refined with you, with three revisions included.
- 04FabricationYour furniture and joinery are built in-house, to the same drawings you approved.
- 05Finishes & installationCeilings, flooring, painting and lighting, then furniture installed on site.
- 06Styling & handoverDrapes, rugs and decor in place. We hand over the keys to a finished space.

Can you make furniture to my own design?
Yes. We can build to your drawings, and we will advise on materials and construction so it lasts.
Is your furniture covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our furniture carries a 5-year warranty on its structure against manufacturing defects. Surface finishes and hardware, such as hinges and drawer runners, are not covered.
Do you make single pieces?
Yes. Alongside full interiors, we take on individual custom furniture pieces.
